RESPONSIBILITIES

You will lead community management for dYdX in your local language/region/country, which includes:

• Establishing communication channels for the local community on Telegram, Discord, and / or other local media channels that you feel will benefit dYdX.
• Answering questions through these channels pertaining to dYdX’s product, exchange, governance and current announcements.
• Updating the community with dYdX news and developments over all communication channels.
• Engaging with the community to gather feedback, providing insights and actionable decisions back to the Foundation team.
• Developing local growth strategies and relationships.  
• Initiate and track bold ideas to engage and excite the dYdX community.

REQUIREMENTS

• Role can be either part-time or full-time depending on scope.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and language of your local community is essential. Location must be disclosed in application.
• Crypto native, with previous experience running and growing communities on one of more of the following: Telegram, Discord and / or Twitter.
• Deep understanding of DAOs, DeFi, the dYdX product & the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
• We want to work with people who have high EQ skills and integrity. Evidence of facilitating discussions surrounding DeFi, dYdX & DAOs would be beneficial.
• You care about providing REAL value over perceptive value - creation over ideation. 

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience using creative assets like Canva, Adobe & Figma.
• Able to set up and track metrics to measure community growth & success.
• Image and video content editing and creation skills.
• SOLID meme game.
