ABOUT THE DYDX FOUNDATION

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will manage dYdX Foundation's financial operations and workflows, including:
- Manage all accounting, payroll, expenses, and payment/billing infrastructure as well as corresponding vendor/partner relationships across fiat and crypto,
- Lead end-to-end financial reporting and bookkeeping process in collaboration with external accounting and tax partners,
- Oversee the processing and tracking of financial and payment workflows,
- Support financial and payment needs across the team including reporting, and
- Oversee balance sheet management of fiat and crypto/stablecoins across various relationships.
- Analyze KPIs, on-chain data trends, and operational metrics to support strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain project management trackers.
- Develop analytics using tools such as Dune Analytics, Etherscan, Google Analytics, and Metabase to define and measure operating metrics.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2-5 years experience working in an Ops / Finance environment (startup operations and FP&A roles are examples of good backgrounds).
- Ability to work with a fully remote and decentralized team.
- Strong data manipulation, excel, and SQL skills.
- Deep desire to work with and help users of dYdX.
- Knowledge of dYdX product and the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop and ship a consistent pace of multi-channel content, and the ability to manage the content distribution infrastructure as needed.
- Execution-oriented and self-driven.
- Project management, time management, and ability to multitask.
